Where the coast road becomes the desert road

Tan-Tan marks the threshold where the Atlantic coast road becomes a Saharan one. It is known for the Moussem gathering of nomadic communities and stands as a staging point before the long desert legs.

What success looks like

A good fragment treats the threshold as a place in its own right, not only as a waypoint to somewhere else.

For whom?

Whose knowledge keeps travellers safe across this threshold?

By whom?

Record one preparation the desert leg demanded.

“A threshold is a place, not only a passage.”
Counter-Atlas note
“Note the preparation, not only the crossing.”
